The most demanding waves in the area: large, fast and powerful straights, over deep reef. Only for experienced surfers. It is a 20-minute boat ride from Bocas Town, with no services on site.

Wizard is a more local and less touristy spot, with sand bottom and waves that vary with the tide. Good to learn, especially at low tide, but also pleasant for those who already have experience.

Red Frog is ideal for thrill-seekers, with fast left and right breaks near the beach. It is a short distance from the pier of Bastimentos and adapts to various levels of surfing.
