YOUR WELL-BEING AND SAFETY ARE A PRIORITY

For residents in Portugal

All Takeoff programs include insurance against personal accidents and travel assistance, with coverage and sums for surfing. This is a basic travel insurance, with coverage and assistance only for when you are outside the country. However, considering the type of travel and your destinations, we advise you to purchase our “platinum surf” insurance (optional in supplements), with higher capital for assistance and treatment abroad, as well as additional coverage in case your trip is cut short.

For non-residents in Portugal:

Travel insurance is a very important part of your trip, health care treatments abroad are usually very expensive and it’s always better to have one in case you need it. 

Our travel insurances are not valid for people living outside of Portugal. If this is your case we recommend you contact an insurance company in your country of residence. Don’t forget that it should cover surfing accidents (regular travel insurances usually do not cover “extreme” sports).
