This traditional style boat is an economical option and designed for small groups of friends (from 4 to 6 people). The accommodation is in double cabins with bunk bed, has outdoor dining area, bar, solarium area and dinghy support. Like the sister ships Gulfaam and Koimala, it is part of the most experienced fleet in the Maldives when it comes to surfing programs, with more than 40 years of experience.

There are three surf programs with itineraries in the Malé Atolls (North and South), the Central Atolls and the Southern Atolls. Choose the option that best suits you
The best surf guides
We bet on local partners, hence we have the most experienced guides in the Maldives. The face of the guide team is the renowned Fayani, who has been with Takeoff since 2007.
Experiences for everyone
During the trip there will be the possibility of snorkeling moments (mask, tube and fins available) fishing day or night and trips around the islands.
The pleasure of surfing
Every day, the proposal is 2 to 3 surfing sessions. Very early in the morning, with return for breakfast, new departure and lunch break, ending with another session during the afternoon.
A Refuge in the Ocean
In addition to surfing, the trip allows other moments that you will not want to miss: three daily meals, bar service with iced beer and the desirable solarium areas to enjoy the views.

In an incredible landscape, life on board is an experience not to be forgotten. Take advantage of the moments of conviviality, the sermons with music and the good conversation .

Accomodations
Here you will find the 3 double cabins with bunk bed, fan and private bathroom, which accommodate 4 to 6 passengers. They are served with sheets and towels and daily cleaning is done.
It is where you will find the dining area and the bar. Outside, highlight the sun deck, much sought after at the end of the afternoon, with sofa, tables and chairs available.
It works as a solarium and relaxation area throughout the day, occupying the entire area above the main deck. It has comfortable mattresses and is the space of contemplation, conviviality and communion with the landscape.

Support boats
The Gahaa has 1 support boat, a Dinghy, which exists to reach the best surfing and snorkeling spots, as well as discover the islands.
Dining room
The three daily meals, of local and international cuisine, can be made in the covered outdoor space of the main deck or in the inviting covered outdoor areas, overlooking the sea all around.
Outdoor areas
On the upper deck, the relaxation and sunbathing area is large and inviting. It has comfortable mattresses and chairs to enjoy the good times outdoors, overlooking the ocean.
Snorkeling
Throughout the trip, there will be the possibility of snorkeling moments. On board, you will have at your disposal a mask, tube and fins, but if you prefer to use your equipment, you are free to bring it.
Fishing
Fishing in these Indian waters is an experience you won't want to miss. It can be done during the day, but also at night, in a traditional way. If you are lucky and have qualities, there will be fish for dinner.
Fresh fruit
Entering the spirit of freedom of travel, Gahaa offers a piece of bananas to travelers throughout the journey. It hangs on the deck for free use.
